I’m a filmmaker and photographer based in Utrecht, originally from Latvia. With a background in music, I approach film and photography with a close understanding of performance and creative collaboration.

Much of my recent work centers around music — documenting performances, rehearsals, and projects. I’m particularly interested in the process behind the work and the relationships that form between artists, sound, and environment.

Places and spaces have an important role in how I work. Whether filming in intimate indoor settings or natural landscapes, I’m drawn to projects where atmosphere and environment become part of the story.

I value working closely with artists and teams to shape projects that feel honest, attentive, and grounded.
